Kazino is not built around advertising or selling personal information.
Accounts, rooms, matches, tournaments, and leaderboards are backed by Firebase services.
The Account screen lets signed-in players submit an account deletion request.
Overview
Kazino is a multiplayer card-table app. We collect the information needed to create accounts, keep online games working, show player names and scores, restore accounts, prevent abuse, and respond to account deletion requests. This policy applies to Kazino mobile and web builds.
Information We Collect
Account information
Kazino may collect a Firebase user ID, guest account identifier, display name, and, if you link or load an account, your email address. Email and password credentials are sent to Firebase Authentication for sign-in. On Android, Kazino may store account restore credentials in encrypted app storage protected by Android Keystore.
Gameplay and profile information
Kazino may save online room data, match state, moves, tournament registration and check-in data, player display names, recent match summaries, monthly leaderboard points, daily challenge progress, streaks, and account deletion request records.
Technical information
Firebase, Google Cloud, app stores, and your device platform may process technical information such as device identifiers, IP address, logs, crash or diagnostic data, and security signals needed to provide, protect, and troubleshoot the app.
Kazino is not designed to collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, camera video, or payment card details.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Create, restore, and secure guest or email-linked player accounts.
- Run local and online matches, rooms, tournaments, leaderboards, and daily challenges.
- Show display names, room status, match progress, tournament brackets, scores, and standings.
- Maintain app safety, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
- Process account deletion requests and respond to support messages.
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell personal information. We also do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current app build.
- Service providers: Kazino uses Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication and database features. Learn more from Firebase Privacy and Security and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Other players: display names, room participation, match progress, tournament participation, and leaderboard standings may be visible to players who use the same online features.
- Legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse.
Retention
We keep account, profile, match, room, tournament, leaderboard, and deletion request information for as long as needed to provide Kazino, keep game history available, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the app. Local credentials stored on Android remain on the device until the app clears or replaces them, or until the app data is removed by the user or operating system.
Your Choices
- You can play local matches without linking an email account.
- Some online features require a guest account or email-linked account.
- You can secure a guest account with email and password or load an existing account from the Account screen.
- You can request account deletion from the Account screen, the account deletion page, or by contacting rdtropitech@gmail.com.
- You can stop using online features or remove the app from your device at any time.
Security and Data Location
Kazino relies on Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure for online authentication and database features. The Firebase project is configured with a United States Cloud Firestore location, and Firebase Authentication processes data in the United States. Firebase services may process data where Google or its service providers operate, depending on the service.
We use practical safeguards, including Firebase authentication, platform security features, and Android Keystore protection for locally stored restore credentials. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so please use a strong password and keep your device protected.
Children
Kazino is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Kazino, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Kazino changes or when legal, security, or operational requirements change. The latest version will show the updated date at the top of this page.
