Submitting this form prepares a deletion request email for the account associated with the email address, username, or display name you provide. We will respond by email and may request verification before processing the deletion.

What gets deleted

When your deletion request is approved and processed, we will delete or anonymize the following, subject to legal and security requirements:

  • Your profile information, including email address, display name, and account profile data.
  • Your account authentication data, where supported by Firebase Authentication.
  • Your online room, match, tournament, leaderboard, and daily challenge data associated with your account, where feasible.
  • Account deletion request records after they are no longer needed for support, legal, or security purposes.

What may be retained: We may retain limited information such as legal compliance records, security logs, anti-abuse records, or anonymized gameplay records where needed to preserve match or tournament integrity.

Verification and timeline
